Because our products are digital downloads (PDF files), all sales are final.

Once your purchase is completed and the digital file has been made available to you (via download link and/or email), we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. This is due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be returned once delivered.

If you experience any technical issues accessing or downloading your file, or if you believe you have received the wrong file, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide the correct download.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, accidental purchase, incompatibility with your device or software, or failure to read the product description before purchase.
